Congratulations to 9th Grade Chaffin Student, Mahdir Anower. He recently competed and won 1st Place in the Fort Smith Optimist Club's Oratorical Contest. Mahdir received $75.00 and the opportunity to continue to the District Competition and compete for $2,500.
